The hotel's location is truly really good, putting me right in the heart of Florence, close to shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. While I loved the elegant decor and comfort of my room, I did find the breakfast offerings could use more variety and the timing of the hot items wasn't always ideal. Overall, the attentive staff and luxurious touches made it a nice visit, despite some minor kitchen quirks.
